The New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC), a high profile, non-profit employee benefits association based in Concord, MA, is looking for a personable, detail oriented, highly motivated and organized Administrator of Programs/Member Relations. The job is 20 hours per week at a mutually agreed upon time. Additional flexibility will be needed around the time of our two major annual events.
We are located in a beautiful newly renovated “green” office park with many onsite amenities including: organic café, free fully furnished gym, shower and lockers, onsite yoga, community gardens and more.
The position involves:
Providing administrative support: including answering the phone, document preparation, copying, collating, scanning and mailing;
Managing data entry for all membership transactions, including registration/renewals, entering new members, invoicing and payment transactions;
Assisting with the planning and execution of conferences, programs, and events, including the preparation of materials and name tags and arranging catering when needed;
Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies, coordinating repair and servicing of office equipment;
Running miscellaneous errands.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and personal qualities:
Proficient with MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; some experience with SurveyMonkey a plus.
Ability to quickly learn our membership management system: MemberClicks;
Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone;
Willingness to learn, flexible, adaptable, and the ability to pick up concepts quickly;
Dependable, detail-oriented, excellent proofreading skills, and able to work independently;
Discretion in handling confidential information;
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
