The Benefits and Compensation Specialist will have primary responsibility for supporting day-to-day administration of benefits and compensation programs. Working closely with the Benefits Director and Compensation Director, this person responds to employee inquires, conducts research, prepares presentations and documents, and ensures the integrity of our data. Additionally, this position will work closely with the senior HR management team to develop and launch HR programs and initiatives as well as provide general support as needed in the following functional areas: training and development, policy implementation, onboarding, and compliance.
