Human Resources and Benefits Manager is part of the corporate team and supports The Pinnacle School, The Spire School, Links Academy, private school placement, college consulting, and collaborative educational opportunities at Silver Hill.
Responsibilities Support all generalist activities for GEG’s schools, including full-cycle recruitment and onboarding and offboarding processes for all school-based positions. Manage employee relations issues and benefits and support employees in all employment actions and issues.

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience is required. 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles. 3+ years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations. |
