Oversee the day-to-day activities of the benefits administrator and manage the comprehensive benefits programs at 42 North Dental. This includes the administration of health, wellness, and retirement plans, as well as workers' compensation, leaves of absence, and ancillary benefit programs. This is a hybrid position with 2 days working in the Waltham Corporate Office. Key Responsibilities: Benefits Program Administration: Oversee the implementation, administration, and day-to-day operations of the company’s full suite of benefits programs.  This includes health insurance, STD, LTD, 401K (including annual audit and NDT testing), workers compensation, unemployment insurance and managing all required filings such as the 5500.
