1. Assist with managing, developing and implementing VEOCI emergency operations platform which includes testing workflows and migrating all University business continuity plans into the system. 2. Maintain Emergency Operations Center equipment and supplies by updating status of all the EOC/Call Center VOIP phones, seats, and usable work spaces for departments. 3. Coordinate special event planning and day of coordination by using VEOCI documentation forms needed to set up for events.  This includes preplanning for events, drawing up plans and facilities layouts, designating and selecting emergency exits, recording total number of attendees, and coordinating police and security presence. 4.
