Responsible for conducting moderate-level research, analysis and evaluation of all Eversource’s benefit programs (Health & Welfare, and Retirement) and provides recommendations to help ensure the Company retains a competitive benefits posture in the market place.  Assists with the development of recommendations concerning the design, funding, administration and communication of corporate benefit plans consistent with all pertinent federal and state laws, regulations and administrative rulings.  Leads various projects ranging from the design, implementation and communications of programs to the organization and execution of open enrollment.  Interacts with Company professionals within Human Resources, Finance and Legal, as well as with vendors, actuaries and third-party
