MANAGER, BENEFITS SERVICES, Human Resources, will lead a high-performing team and shape the benefits experience for more than 20,000 members of our vibrant community--including employees, retirees, former staff, and key partners; oversee and mentor a dynamic team of six, including two Senior Benefits Specialists, two Benefits Representatives, Tuition Assistance Specialist, and a Benefits & Data Representative; ensure the team delivers high-quality, responsive support via phone, email, and in-person interactions; manage resources to ensure full coverage and timely service; resolve issues for benefit-related escalations across all plans; oversee benefit transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance; conduct quarterly reporting on service level, satis
