The Director of Benefits is responsible for the development, implementation, administration and management of the hospital's employee benefit programs including health & welfare, voluntary benefits, retirement plans, and leave programs. The role requires strategic leadership, project management, strong knowledge of employee benefit regulations, and ensures a commitment to communication and delivery of all programs and services as part of the Total Rewards Strategy.This Director of Benefits will:Oversee the design, development, and administration of innovative, modern, inclusive and comprehensive employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life, retirement, earned
