Summary: The Benefits Manager develops, implements, and oversees Blount’s employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, inclusive, and meet employee needs throughout the employment lifecycle. This includes managing health, retirement, insurance plans, supplemental benefits, and wellness programs. The role also manages broker and vendor partnerships, enrollment processes, and compliance with relevant regulations. In the event of absence, the position will be filled by trained personnel.
