Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources Operations, the Benefits & HR Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Director and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the College’s employee benefits programs and services including health & welfare benefits, ancillary benefits, leave programs, retirement plan.
